In 2025, AI agents have transitioned from a concept in science fiction movies to a reality gradually integrating into our lives. From autonomous driving to medical diagnosis and financial trading, agent AI is changing the world at an astonishing pace. However, this transformation comes with severe challenges regarding data privacy and security. Mind Network has built an impregnable security fortress for agent AI through fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) technology, not only breaking the trust issues surrounding AI but also laying a solid foundation for the future smart world. This is my profound impression of Mind Network and the reason I participated in this essay competition—I want to share how FHE technology is reshaping the future of AI through Mind Network.
Let's talk about what FHE technology actually is. FHE (Fully Homomorphic Encryption) is a revolutionary cryptographic technology that allows computation to be performed directly on encrypted data without the need for decryption, with the final computation result still being encrypted, only accessible to those who possess the key. What does this mean? For example, in a healthcare scenario, the AI agent in a hospital needs to analyze patient data across institutions to improve diagnostic accuracy. Traditionally, data needs to be decrypted before computation, posing a risk of leakage. With FHE, data remains encrypted from start to finish, so even if the agent computes in the cloud, third parties cannot peek into the original information. This technology not only protects privacy but also allows agent AI to operate securely in untrusted environments. Mind Network has seized the potential of FHE, applying it to AI infrastructure and launching the AgenticWorld ecosystem, providing a secure and trustworthy operating environment for agent AI.
AgenticWorld is the core product of Mind Network, which is currently live on BNB Chain and MindChain, showing remarkable performance in the ecosystem. Data shows that AgenticWorld has launched over 54,000 agents, completing 1.2 million hours of training tasks cumulatively. Users can activate agents and participate in training and tasks by staking $FHE tokens, with current limited-time staking activities offering annualized returns as high as 400%. This is very appealing to me, as it not only allows users to participate in a cutting-edge AI ecosystem but also provides the opportunity to earn considerable rewards through staking. More importantly, AgenticWorld, through FHE technology, ensures four major security needs for agents during collaboration, training, and task execution: consensus security, data security, computation security, and communication security. For instance, when agents handle sensitive data, the data is encrypted throughout the process to prevent leaks; during collaboration among multiple agents, FHE ensures fairness and verifiability of consensus, preventing tampering. This security guarantee makes AgenticWorld an ideal testing ground for agent AI and opens new pathways for the integration of Web3 and AI.
AgenticWorld, Mind Network is also driving a more ambitious technological innovation—the HTTPZ protocol. Developed in collaboration with Zama, HTTPZ is a next-generation internet protocol that utilizes FHE technology to achieve end-to-end encryption of data from transmission to computation, creating a zero-trust internet framework. Compared to traditional HTTPS, the advantages of HTTPZ are evident: HTTPS only encrypts during transmission, requiring decryption when computing or storing data, which poses security risks; whereas HTTPZ keeps data encrypted throughout its entire lifecycle, alleviating concerns of leakage even during cloud computation. For instance, in medical data analysis, hospitals can upload encrypted genetic data for analysis using HTTPZ, and cloud service providers cannot access the original data, thus protecting privacy while achieving efficient collaboration. The zero-trust architecture of HTTPZ aligns perfectly with the needs of Web3 and AI; it not only supports decentralized applications (dApps) but also provides security guarantees for quantum computing and AI-driven systems. I believe the promotion of HTTPZ will have far-reaching impacts on the entire internet, and Mind Network is leading the transformation of the next generation of the internet with technology.
The achievements of Mind Network are inseparable from strong support. It has received investments from well-known institutions such as Binance Labs, Animoca Brands, and Chainlink, and collaborates with industry leaders like Zama and DeepSeek, proving its technical strength. It is worth mentioning that Mind Network is the first FHE project officially integrated into the DeepSeek codebase, which further convinces me of its technical capabilities. In addition, Mind Network's token $FHE plays an important role in the ecosystem, allowing users to activate agents, participate in training through $FHE staking, and even engage in governance through MindDAO, truly realizing a community-driven decentralized ecosystem.
FHE technology still faces some challenges, such as performance bottlenecks caused by computational complexity and insufficient market awareness of FHE. However, I believe that with continuous technological advancements, these issues will gradually be resolved. Mind Network has demonstrated the potential of FHE in fields such as healthcare, finance, and decentralized AI, for example, collaborating with Swarms to protect multi-agent communication security and integrating TEE and FHE technology with Phala Network to create zero-trust AI solutions. These practical applications have shown me the immense value of FHE and filled me with anticipation for the future of Mind Network.
Mind Network has given agent AI the wings of security through FHE technology. It not only addresses the challenges of AI trust and privacy but also opens new pathways for the integration of Web3 and AI through the AgenticWorld and HTTPZ protocols.
