TRUMP did not receive the reactions he expected, and no one backed down. In today's statements:

2⃣ The Fed should act early and lower interest rates.

3⃣ The 145% tariff on China is going to drop significantly, but it won't be zero!.

He made a decision to pull back into a more logical and reasonable political arena. After Zelensky's stand, he seemed to think he could challenge the whole world, which is why he adopted such attitudes.
