I have been banned from my account since last Thursday. I do not know the reason, but it is probably because I made several transactions from person to person in a row, which led to my account being disabled. They requested a bank statement for the last 3 months, and today I submitted an arbitration request along with all the documents, but they keep rejecting them, and I do not know the reason or how to contact customer service.
