Pectra optimizes the validator operation experience within the Ethereum PoS system through three main EIPs:
EIP-7251: Increase Maximum Effective Balance (MaxEB)
Currently, Ethereum's staking mechanism limits the effective staking cap for a single validator to 32 ETH, meaning independent stakers must stake in multiples of 32 ETH, and rewards exceeding this limit will not count towards effective staking.
