Do we still need to stake 3 BNB for each project now?

I didn't expect that tonight's Binance wallet new listing would directly yield a big profit of 260 u. After checking, it was because the project HYPER has a market value of 300 million and is launching on 5 chains including BNB, OP, and Base.

So, it's not that there are too many participants in the new listing, but rather that the previous few projects had too low of a market value at opening, which resulted in very little value for token rewards.

The cost for the investors in HYPER is 150 million, corresponding to a token price of 0.15, which can be used as a reference for the secondary market later.
