⚠️ Binance P2P Scam Alert: New Tactic Exposed ‼️
A new scam is circulating on the Binance P2P platform. Scammers are buying USDT or other cryptocurrencies and sending payment before the crypto is released. Once the seller confirms receipt and releases the crypto, the scammer files a payment reversal with their bank. This leaves the seller without crypto and without money.
This tactic is primarily aimed at new or inexperienced users. Protect yourself by following these tips:
Trade only with verified buyers
Confirm payment using your bank's official app or SMS alerts
Beware of fees that seem too good to be true or buyers pressuring you to act quickly
Never share personal or payment information outside of the Binance chat
Use the "Appeal" function immediately if something doesn't feel right — do not release crypto under pressure
