from november 8 2024 i am suffering of this step 9 pending issue,i exam every thing ,liveness check logout pasword change ,hundered email to Pi Core team but my issue is same.

6 Years of hard work and waiting , six years of checking in every day to achieve something I lost my Wallet Phas phrase😭😭
can someone help me please 😭 who do i report to and how can i get it back ???
