On April 18, 2025, Blocksquare and Vera Capital announced a $1 billion deal for real estate tokenization in the U.S. The collaboration will cover commercial and multifamily real estate in seven states, providing global investors access to institutional assets via blockchain. Vera Capital will launch a digital platform based on Blocksquare's white label, where tokenized ownership shares can be purchased.

The first asset was a commercial property in Fort Lauderdale valued at $5.4 million with a 5% annual yield and redevelopment potential. Blocksquare CEO Denis Petrovich emphasized that this step marks the transition from experimentation to large-scale implementation of blockchain in U.S. real estate. Vera Group, founded in 2012, manages assets worth $100 million, including brokerage, development, and investment services.

The partnership began with a successful campaign on the Oceanpoint RWA Marketplace Launchpad, where Vera Capital attracted over 100,000 staked BST tokens in just one hour, instead of the planned 29 days. This underscores the high demand for real estate tokenization. Blocksquare, operating in over 20 countries, connects the $300 trillion real estate market with Web3, offering scalable solutions.
