#Worldcoin : A Bold Vision or a Step Too Far?
Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of chatter about Worldcoin and honestly, it’s one of those projects that really makes you stop and think. On paper, Worldcoin’s mission is actually kind of beautiful. They want to give everyone, everywhere, a chance to participate in the digital economy. At the center of this project is something called the “Orb" a shiny, sci-fi-looking device that scans your iris to prove you’re a real, unique human. In return, you get a World ID and a handful of WLD tokens. The idea is to create a global identity system that can’t be faked or gamed. No bots, no fake accounts—just real people.
Sounds wild, right? That’s exactly why it’s turning so many heads.
