4.21 Monday Bitcoin Evening Analysis
This morning, I suggested shorting Bitcoin, but the entry point wasn't ideal. When it reached the entry point, I noticed that Bitcoin surged upward without any sign of a pullback, so I refrained from entering and waited. It wasn't until I saw Bitcoin continuously testing the resistance around the 87,000 mark that I decisively shorted Bitcoin. However, I didn't expect Bitcoin to directly break through the resistance, reaching as high as around 87,700.
At that time, I considered adding to my position if it broke 88,000 and approached 88,500, but afterwards, the bulls began to lose steam, and there was no momentum to continue the rise. Now it has already fallen back to around 87,000.
The trend looks bearish; the first support below is at 86,500. If that breaks, we’ll see if it can retrace to 85,000.
The entire thought process for this trade has been provided; now it depends on whether everyone can grasp it well.
The short position on Bitcoin is still held, continuing to look downwards. First, we see 86,500, which is near the middle band of the Bollinger Bands for Bitcoin at 1 hour. If it breaks, we’ll see if it can reach 85,000. If it doesn't, consider closing the short position. $BTC $ETH $XRP #Strategy增持比特币 #币安Alpha上新 #加密市场反弹 #BNBChainMeme热潮 #特朗普施压鲍威尔
