SEC Exits 11 Crypto Cases After New Era or PR Spin:

Hold it! What actually happened? The movie has just taken an unexpected twist, and factually just, by the end of 2025, the US SEC announces it has closed down 11 major investigations regarding crypto. Among them are Ripple, Coinbase, Kraken, Uniswap, and even NFT behemoth Yuga Labs. 👀

The earliest is Ripple (2020). The latest is Cumberland DRW (last filed at the end of 2024). And it is all gone.

Word on the street says this could be a shift from "enforcement first" to "guidance first," especially with crypto-friendlier figures such as Hester Peirce getting some clout.

Some call it overdue regulatory sanity; others murmur "optics cleanup" after years of not-so-neat courtroom battles. Either way, vibes? Bullish.

If this continues, maybe the US will just become a halfway decent place to launch a Web3 project.

With hopes this doesn't change next quarter, though.
