《Factory Table》

I am but a humble worker, toiling in the sewing workshop, barely making a living through budget takeout. After three years in the industry, the sewing machines run continuously, and the fabric remains new. This month, my salary is 3,500, and after paying rent and utilities, it takes away more than half. Indeed, this is a time of hardship and struggle. However, my fellow workers are striving hard inside, and the seamstress sisters are diligently working outside, bearing the heavy burden of life, seeking warmth and sustenance for their families. It is truly advisable to arrive at work on time, to shine in front of the boss with his luxury cars, and to promote the spirit of hard work; it is not appropriate to be negative, to slack off, and to act perfunctorily, as this would cut off the path to promotion.

The dormitory and factory area are in the same place; mosquitoes, bugs, and ants should not be treated differently. If there are machine malfunctions or material shortages, it is advisable to report to the relevant personnel to investigate the cause, in order to demonstrate the factory's efficiency; delays must be avoided, as they would lead to production stagnation.

Master seamstress Sister Li, Xiao Wang, and others are all diligent and hardworking individuals, skilled in their craft and focused in their work, which is why the supervisor selects them to ensure quality. I believe that matters related to sewing machines, regardless of difficulty, should be discussed with them before operating, which will surely reduce mistakes and improve quality.

Senior employee Brother Zhao, with rich experience and familiarity with the processes, is well-regarded by everyone for his past work, which is why he is recommended as the team leader. I believe that all matters of team management can be consulted with him, which will definitely lead to reasonable division of labor and improved efficiency.

Those who are hands-on should keep their distance from those who are slick; this is the key to a good production line. Conversely, those who are slick should keep their distance from those who are hands-on; this is the reason for a decline in quality. The supervisor often discusses this matter with me during factory inspections, and I cannot help but feel indignant about those who are lazy and cunning. Skilled seamstresses, quality inspectors, and material specialists are all loyal and responsible individuals; if the boss trusts and values them, the prosperity of the workshop will be just around the corner.
