As mentioned in the previous article, the weekend market was flat, Ethereum was range-bound, and option prices were relatively low, making it suitable for some speculation. Starting from the day before yesterday, I gradually bought the 1625 call options expiring today, with a highest price of over nine and a lowest of over two, ultimately averaging a cost of 4.8.
Today, as the external market opened, the market fluctuated as expected, Ethereum options rose from a low of just over one to a high of around twenty, nearly a twenty-fold increase. My average cost was relatively high, around 12, and I closed out my positions because there were only a few hours until expiration and didn't plan to hold. A small gamble can be enjoyable, and in such situations, the win rate is still relatively high. I will patiently wait for the next opportunity.
