The Supreme Court of India rejects a petition from WazirX hacking victims

According to PANews on April 21, as reported by CCN, the Supreme Court of India rejected a petition from 54 victims in the WazirX hacking case due to the lack of a clear regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies, stating that the court has no right to intervene in such political matters and suggested that the victims approach the relevant regulatory agencies. The case involves user funds worth approximately $235 million. WazirX is currently undergoing a court-supervised restructuring in Singapore, and users are expected to recover only 45% - 50% of their losses at most.
