Canary Capital has filed with the SEC to launch the first-ever spot TRX exchange traded fund featuring a staking component. The innovative fund aims to provide investors exposure to the native token price movements while allowing them to earn staking rewards, a feature that sets it apart from othercryptocurrencies. BitGo Trust Company is the custodian of the fund's actual TRX token. TRX is part of the WLFI investment portfolio, aligning with other altcoins applying for spot ETFs that are either US coins or inWLFI's portfolio. Despite regulatory challenges, institutional interest in TRX is growing.
