The Cup with Handle begins to form from a bearish movement, which gradually slows down (consolidates) and transitions into a gradual bullish movement, drawing a figure on the chart.
After the formation of the Cup, the second mandatory component of the figure forms - the "Handle". After reaching the maximum on the right side of the "Cup", a small pullback occurs, which forms to the right of it and creates the Handle.
As a rule, at the bottom of the "Cup", volumes are at a minimum. Then, during the formation of the second part of the "Cup",
volumes should gradually increase.
