next time I should ask a lot before buying

it seems this might be my biggest loss today as a beginner, I am embarrassed to ask and explain it. what is clear is that I have lost some USDT because of buying incorrectly or more precisely late in selling. and in the end, I hope to switch and buy at $BANK with $USDT, hoping to restore my initial balance as it was. the question is, am I wrong again? to stay or sell. please guide me😔👈🏻
