No qualification for IDO new shares? Don't be discouraged, prepare for the next round.

3. Binance C2C deposit can be made once, the amount doesn't matter, but there must be one record.
4. Binance exchange account must have more than 100 U in funds, and the Binance Web3 wallet must have more than 50 U in funds.
