HRSG is currently hiring for the following position.

Position Title: E-Commerce Account Manager

Location: Sialkot

Salary Range: 100k – 130k

Additional Benefits: Quarterly Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain proactive communication and strong relationships with paid members

•Monitor account performance and provide strategic improvement plans

•Conduct regular visits to local service providers to ensure quality service and coordination

•Join service providers in visits to potential sellers, promoting the value of platform trading

•Resolve escalated transaction and logistics issues in collaboration with service providers

•Stay up-to-date on platform products and services and train service provider teams accordingly

•Assist in organizing and supporting local business events as needed.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Export, E-commerce, Business, Logistics, or a related field

•Minimum 2 year of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, sales, or customer service

•Must be based in Sialkot or nearby (within a 30-minute drive)

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
