If you encounter fraud or suspicious activity on Binance P2P, follow these steps to report it and seek resolution:

---

### **1. Gather Evidence**

- **Screenshots**: Capture proof of payment, chat history with the seller/buyer, and transaction details.

- **Transaction Records**: Save bank/P2P payment receipts, blockchain TXID (for crypto transfers), and order details.

- **Order ID**: Note the Binance P2P order number (found in your P2P transaction history).

---

### **2. Report via Binance P2P Platform**

- Go to **Binance App/Website** > **Wallet** > **P2P Transaction** > Select the suspicious order.

- Click **Appeal** or **Report** and submit your evidence.

- Use the **Chat Function** in the order to alert Binance support (e.g., type "I have been scammed" to trigger their review).

---

### **3. Contact Binance Customer Support**

- Submit a ticket via:

- **In-App Support**: Go to **Profile** > **Support** > **Chat** (describe the issue and attach evidence).

- **Email**: Send details to [email protected] with the subject "P2P Fraud Report – Order ID [XXXXXX]".

- Escalate if needed via Binance’s [Live Chat](https://www.binance.com/en/support) or social media (Twitter: @BinanceHelpDesk).

---

### **4. Key Reminders**

- **Do NOT close the order** until resolved (closing releases crypto/funds to the scammer).

- **Avoid off-platform communication** (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp). Binance only protects transactions within its chat.

- Sellers must confirm payment within **24 hours**; buyers must mark "Paid" only after transferring funds.

---

### **5. If Binance Doesn’t Resolve**

- **File a police report** in your jurisdiction and share the report with Binance.

- **Dispute via payment provider**: If you paid via bank/PayPal, request a chargeback.

- **Warn others**: Post details in Binance P2P chat groups or forums (but avoid sharing sensitive info).
