Everyone initially hopes to make a small profit when they start trading contracts, but after getting involved, it turns out to be quite different. They find it hard to control themselves because that's human nature. If you want stability, why not go for A-shares? But then again, A-shares can also trap you. I am a good example of this; I transitioned from A-shares to the crypto market with full confidence, and the result was harsh—I didn't gain anything at all. Knowing it was a sideways market, I still checked the charts every two minutes. I couldn't eat well, sleep well, and I had no focus at work. I gave up. Now, as I start to incur losses, I don't think about it anymore. I just focus on quantitative trading; although the returns aren't much, at least they are stable. Most importantly, I can work with peace of mind without having to check the market every day. In these times, eating well, sleeping well, and maintaining good health are the most important.
