$OM

It has been a long time since the last update, and seeing the suspected catastrophic decline of OM makes me reflect. I can't help but want to say something. The myths of the crypto world are endless, some personal, some related to Tokens, and some to projects. Regardless of which, they all evoke boundless imagination—will I be the next? But reality is harsh; when one succeeds, many bones are left to rot, and the ground is littered with corpses that go unnoticed. Everyone's attention is focused on the person standing on the bones. In fact, choosing a cryptocurrency is akin to selecting stocks; both involve speculation and investment, just with different proportions. The crypto world has taken the pursuit of quick gains to an extreme.

There should be quite a few projects that make money in the crypto space, Binance is definitely one. It gives back to HODLers and users in various ways. I think it’s a pretty good investment target. Participating in all the activities, the annualized return is definitely over 24%, which is quite considerable in the investment market. But this is the crypto world; a 24% fluctuation for altcoins might happen in a day or even a few hours. Many people won't be satisfied, thus leading to many reckless operations (like I used to do), resulting in an emotional rollercoaster. My account went from 10,000 USDT to nearly 60,000 USDT in a month, and then one day in less than 5 minutes, it was down to just 12,000 USDT. This is my own experience. I could only comfort myself, having made a profit of 2,000, but many would feel they lost 48,000. In such a mindset, I believe many people will struggle to live and work comfortably for a while.

Watching more and more projects TGE, pump, dump, decay, and run away, countless 'meme coins' ravaging Ethereum, Solana, and BSC, harvesting profits. What has blockchain technology devolved into? I really can't imagine how many people will still be standing when people's confidence completely collapses and sweeps through the entire cryptocurrency market.
