Today I want to share a bit of personal experience:

The longer you trade, the more you will find that those who love to watch the market tend to lose money more easily.

Many beginners like to stare at the screen as soon as they enter the market, eager to catch every fluctuation and grab every bit of profit. But there is really no need for that.

I personally spend about 10 minutes a day watching the market, and the rest of the time doing things I enjoy.

I only take a look when the model's signal alert goes off; if it is suitable, I buy, and if the conditions are met, I sell. The rest of the time, I don't need to worry about the market and focus on living my life.

For instance, the profit of 170 points on Ethereum, close to 12% return, was made on the signal alert, without much thought or excessive operation—simple and clean.

In the end, trading doesn’t require you to stare at the market every day. Running the trading system smoothly and keeping the rhythm right is much easier instead.
