#SEC加密资产证券披露指南
In April 2025, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued disclosure guidelines for the issuance and registration of crypto asset securities, emphasizing that issuers should provide clear and complete information. Especially in cases where the rights and obligations of crypto assets are encoded through smart contracts, relevant code must be submitted as an attachment and updated promptly when changes occur in the code.
Additionally, the SEC requires businesses to clearly explain their business models and the specific roles of tokens, including information on revenue strategies, project milestones, technical architecture, governance mechanisms, supply mechanisms, management teams, and financial statements.
