🇺🇸 What’s Going On with the Fed?
Boston Fed President Susan Collins just said the Fed is “absolutely” ready to step in if the markets start getting messy.
Right now, she thinks everything’s holding up fine — no liquidity crisis at the moment.
But she’s keeping an eye on inflation, especially with the new tariffs possibly pushing it above 3%.
She also hinted that interest rates might stay high for a while, but a rate cut is still on the table later in 2025, depending on how things unfold.
