OpenAI has filed a counter lawsuit against Elon Musk, after he accused it of turning into a profit-making institution contrary to its founding principles. OpenAI accuses Musk of trying to take control of the company for his personal benefit, through media campaigns and disruptive legal actions, in addition to his offer to purchase its assets.
