Regarding the Fusaka upgrade, it will include EIP-7823, which limits the complexity of MODEXP, EIP-7825, related to transaction gas limits, and EIP-7907, which enhances measurement and restricts contract code size. Additionally, EIP-7762 and EIP-7918 are under consideration for implementation in the blob fee mechanism to balance resource usage and market supply and demand.
