What is Risk-Reward Ratio?

It helps you know if a trade is worth it.

Example:

If you risk $10 to make $30, your risk-reward ratio is 1:3.

This means you’re risking 1 to make 3.

Why it’s important:

Even if you don’t win every trade, a good ratio can still make you profitable in the long run.

Tip: Try to aim for 1:2 or higher in your trades.

Trade smart, not just often!
