The real judgment is not that it's a bull market just because it's rising, or a bear market just because it's falling! What's the difference between saying it's going to rain when you see dark clouds and saying it's summer when you see the sun?
Therefore, we need to establish a set of standards. The market is not something you can just talk about to make money; if everything you say is right, then why are you still here watching the plaza?
