A few days ago, while using the Binance app, I received a notification asking me to update the app from an unknown source.

I took a screenshot and shared it here to ask for opinions, but I didn't receive any responses.

I chose to cancel the window every time it appeared.

After a few days, I finally saw the official update on the Play Store and only then did I install it.

Maybe there wasn't a real risk in that request, but my intuition and humility reminded me that when you have doubts, it's better not to take risks. (It's important to stay very alert to the market as at any moment you could lose that investment you care for so much.)
