Currently, Bitcoin (as of April 2025) is experiencing a strong upward wave after a long period of volatility.
But like any volatile financial instrument (especially cryptocurrencies), after any strong rise, we often see one of two scenarios:
Natural price correction: This is healthy after a sharp rise, where the market takes a breather, usually a drop of 10-20%, before attempting a new rise.
Strong downward reversal: If there are pressure factors such as regulatory tightening, a strong global interest rate hike, or a significant liquidation of leveraged positions.
Indicators we are monitoring:
US Federal Reserve movements (if it continues its monetary tightening).
Regulatory news on cryptocurrencies.
Liquidity data and trading volume in the market.

The sustainability of institutional demand.
My brief opinion:
A correction after the rise is very likely, even expected. But is it the beginning of a collapse? Currently, the indicators do not suggest a collapse, but rather a natural correction. Of course, the market always has surprises, so if you are an investor or a trader, it’s best to manage risks at all times.
If you would like, I can give you scenarios with numbers (for example: support and resistance levels, or a technical forecast based on the chart), let me know!
