I have tried at least a dozen times to transfer my ethereum from my Ledger device to an exchange, and it always fails (even when I choose the highest fee option). It's about $20k of ETH. As I understand it, I'm being charged gas fees even on failed transfers. Are any of you experiencing this same issue? I seem to be stuck with it and I can't do anything with it.
