Is this safe withdrawal method feasible?

The SafePal wallet brand invested by Binance has launched a Mastercard in collaboration with Fiat24, which comes with an Iban similar to a bank card. After depositing USDC, it is converted to euros, then remitted to Wise (it has been tested and works), and then Wise funds can be sent back to the home country or remitted to a Hong Kong card.

Has anyone tried this method? Is it feasible?
