Yesterday, while reconciling with finance, I discovered that we actually accomplished 7 asset recovery cases last month, to the point where I expressed disbelief when finance told me.

This is the most fulfilling achievement since starting the business last September.

Although it's not the highest monthly revenue overall, it is the month with the most successful cases handled.

Ju looked at the date; strictly speaking, it was from March 8 to 26.

7 cases in 19 days, less than 3 days per case; this rhythm and efficiency, I ask you, are you impressed?

Most of you may not realize what it means to accomplish 7 cases in a month.

First, we need to get leads at the front end. In the early days, Ju's effective conversion rate for leads was very low; it would take about a dozen leads to find one truly valuable case. But now our conversion rate has improved, and as for how it improved, I certainly won't tell you; that's my secret skill.

The value mentioned here refers to the amount meeting the standard and is within range.

Most cases are either too small in amount, or involve fake wallets, or are cases of theft and fraud, which are very difficult to handle.

Secondly, it involves customized solutions and negotiations. This will filter out a lot as well.

In terms of the plan, there are actually not many issues; Ju is confident about this. However, in negotiations, there are always some that can't be settled, which will filter out another batch.

Once the negotiation is completed and the contract is signed, can the case be resolved?

It’s not like that either, because the process is not always smooth.

For example, there are bottlenecks in communication with the judiciary, incorrect lead directions provided by parties involved, or technological bottlenecks, etc.

So you will find this is a funnel, filtering layer by layer.

What you see at the front end seems simple, but Ju can easily have successful cases.

But behind it is a complete system in operation, which is not much different from the metallurgy industry.

From mining to alchemy, to presenting industrial products to consumers.

If we calculate the conversion rate directly from the leads we contacted to successful cases, it should be less than 5%.

This means that even if we achieve this, Ju's team filters 100 cases, and we can only succeed in about 5 of them.

The asset recovery business has been done before, but most get stuck at the first step:

There is not enough case source.

Just like AI large models, how can it be trained accurately without feeding data?

If you don't even have case sources, how can you improve your business level?

Ju has to deal with a lot of case sources every day, and is currently the person with the richest data samples in the asset recovery field. Many outrageous situations are beyond what you can imagine.

Now can you understand what it means to have 7 cases in a month?

This means we have gone through no less than 200 cases in the front end, and concentrated breakthroughs on 7 cases in March, with another batch of cases still in progress.

Many people think this is quite simple. You might think the articles by Ju are simple because I have hidden most of the key parts. I will only tell you what kind of case we took under what circumstances and how we ultimately resolved it.

Do you think Ju will teach the solutions, technologies, and details for free?

Ju is satisfied with 7 successful cases in a month, not just because of the results or revenue, but because of the system I built.

Under Ju's design and coordination, I have built a system that operates effectively. This system has been refined through various business scenarios covering lead collection, initial screening analysis, feasibility determination, business negotiation, implementation, and financial settlement, and now it has achieved assembly line operation.

More importantly, Ju has achieved standardization of this business through half a year of refinement.

In the past, this was very difficult to standardize because each case is different:

The amounts are different, the difficulties are different, the proportions are different, the business scenarios are different, and even the intermediaries involved are different.

But none of this matters because Ju has successfully standardized and systematized this business; otherwise, it would not be possible to achieve concentrated breakthroughs in 5 different business scenarios in a single month.

These include the unfreezing of Matcha accounts, asset recovery from exchanges (Huobi, Gate), unblocking bank cards, blockchain asset recovery, and mobile data recovery; links are below:

Within a week, I have successively resolved the frozen account of Matcha for 3 years and recovered assets from the old Huobi!

Forced to lock for 11 years, turning 1000 into 200 times!

If the coin needs to be recovered, does the money need to be recovered? Answer me!

Helping a brother recover BTC from 12 years ago, turning 6000 into 1.2 million!

Why can a phone that has turned into a brick still be worth 40,000 dollars?

Although there are five links above, the first article is a collection of two businesses, and the third article is also a collection of two businesses, totaling 7 successful cases. If you're interested, you can click each one to check it out.

Before Ju started this business, many people thought asset recovery was basically an impossible task, after all, the original intention of blockchain design was to allow assets to belong entirely to individuals.

But the fact is that during the continuous development of the industry, individuals often choose centralized institutions to operate, whether in hardware or software.

This creates the soil for the possibility of asset recovery, but breaking through hardware and software defense mechanisms one by one is still not an easy task; thus, asset recovery has not appeared in the public eye.

This gives Ju an opportunity.

I don’t want to become an expert in this field, but to become the absolute leader in this field.

I can design a complete business model, add personal credit and successful cases, and adhere to the principle of honoring contracts and not doing evil, which will only lead to more business and better reputation.

I don’t take money from users; instead, I help them find money and only split once it’s found. No matter how large the amount, I will never covet the portion that does not belong to me.

No one dislikes someone like me.

If you are truly interested in asset recovery and have resources, I hope you can come to Hangzhou for an offline connection with me on the 19th-20th of this month. During this industry window period, I am still willing to share resources. Once things get really competitive later, I won't be bringing people along.

Some may ask, don’t you need more people to work on the market with you? Why do you still charge money?

I'm not afraid of you scolding me; there are actually two reasons:

1. If you are unwilling to spend this money, it only means you don’t understand what asset recovery is about. Those who understand wouldn't think this money is not worth it; if you think it's worth it, you wouldn't think it's expensive.

2. If you think even 2980 is expensive, it means you don't have much financial power. People without financial power will definitely not have resources, and without resources, how can you cooperate with me?

I'm not here to teach you to broaden your horizons; this is a training session that requires you to get hands-on and make money from it. It’s a business that can continuously yield dividends, understand?

The meeting venue has been set, directly in a hotel conference room, very convenient.

The venue is better than last time, can seat 30 people, with the last 5 spots remaining. If you can come, please do; after this event, we need to focus on digesting the business, and there are no plans to hold another event in the short term.

I plan to go out to play during the holiday, and won't update unless something major happens; that's it.

I am Ju, the founder of Web3 Oasis and an expert in recovering crypto assets.
