Hello everyone, I am Yunze, and I would like to talk about stop-loss. I have my own thoughts on stop-loss, and I welcome everyone to exchange ideas. First, let me share my philosophy. Spot stop-loss: I generally do not buy spot. After discussing spot, let's talk about contract stop-loss. Contract stop-loss: I usually look at the K-line to determine whether I should enter. If I do enter, it's when the Bollinger Bands have hit the bands without breaking the trend. There are three bands: upper, middle, and lower. First, determine the direction of the trend, and then analyze the current position step by step from the largest time frame to the smallest time frame to decide whether to go long or short. When opening a position, it is important to set a stop-loss. The stop-loss should be slightly below the support level or slightly above the resistance level. A small loss is acceptable, and it's fine to look for opportunities to enter again. If you make two wrong trades in a day, take a mandatory break and do not trade. Reflect on where you went wrong, and do not hold onto losing trades. Holding onto a losing trade might win 10 times but lose once, leading to a margin call. Manage your position size well.
