👉Japan and Taiwan have just registered their FIRST CIRCUIT BREAK
What is this and why are they setting off the ALARMS⁉️
▪️The circuit break occurs when the market falls ABRUPTLY and the QUOTATION and TRADING of the index is SUSPENDED
▪️If the SP500 falls by 7% trading is suspended for 15 minutes
▪️If it falls again to reach a drop of 13% trading is suspended for another 15 minutes
▪️If it falls by 20% trading is suspended for the rest of the day
Why is the CME warning about this⁉️
▪️Currently, the Japanese STOCK EXCHANGE, as soon as the FUTURES opened, fell by 8.3%. The Taiwan stock exchange, for its part, fell by 9.8%
▪️They reached the first "circuit break" and the quotation of both exchanges was SUSPENDED
▪️WORLD STOCKS falling worry investors and the CME seems to be expecting a similar outcome to that of Japan
