#MarketRebound #Short Squeeze? Short squeeze terjadi ketika banyak trader membuka posisi short (jual) dengan ekspektasi bahwa harga akan turun. Namun, jika harga justru mulai naik dengan cepat dan kuat, para short seller akan dipaksa untuk menutup posisi mereka (buy to close) untuk menghindari kerugian besar. Penutupan posisi short ini akan menambah tekanan beli, yang mempercepat kenaikan harga. Itulah yang disebut squeeze — short seller "terjepit" oleh kenaikan harga yang tak terduga. Hubungannya dengan Likuidasi? Likuidasi terjadi ketika trader dengan leverage tinggi tidak punya cukup margin untuk menahan posisi saat pasar bergerak berlawanan. Jika banyak posisi short leverage tinggi dengan likuidasi di atas harga sekarang (misalnya BTC di $92.000), maka jika harga mulai naik ke arah sana, likuidasi akan membeli secara paksa aset tersebut. Ini menciptakan pembelian massal otomatis → mendorong harga naik lebih tinggi lagi → efek domino → short squeeze. dan saya telah merugi hampir $1000 karena memasang posisi short saat #MarketRebound kemarin.
