I don't understand how the red envelope was created with that amount...the maximum allowed is 3 USD, the program itself warns you when you try with an amount higher than that.

I was scammed by someone and I don't understand. They asked me to create something called a red envelope and withdrew all my balance after I created the red envelope. Can I get my money back or is it gone for good?
