$SOL so incase you didn’t take action after my previous post let’s see if now it is the best time to buy SOL.
Currently, it may not be the best time to buy SOL, and waiting for a pullback would be a better strategy. Here’s why:
Reasons to Wait Before Buying
1. Overbought Conditions (RSI & Stoch RSI Indications)
• RSI (6): 74.36 → This suggests that SOL is in the overbought zone, meaning a correction or pullback is likely.
• Stochastic RSI: 86.97 → Also indicates overbought conditions, which often leads to short-term price drops.
2. Resistance Near $125
• The recent high of $136.21 was quickly rejected, and the price dropped to $112.24, showing volatility.
• Currently, SOL is at $123.39, close to the $125 resistance level, which could trigger selling pressure.
3. Better Entry Around $118-$120
• Key Support Levels: $118, $116, and $112.
• Buying near support gives a better risk-reward ratio than buying near resistance.
4. Market Trend Confirmation Needed
• If SOL breaks above $125 with strong volume, it could be a good breakout trade.
• Otherwise, waiting for a dip to enter around $118-$120 is a safer strategy.
Conclusion
• Not an ideal time to buy now due to overbought indicators and resistance.
• Better entry: If the price pulls back to $118-$120 or if a breakout above $125 occurs.
• Short-term traders: Consider taking profits near $128-$130 if already in a trade.
