I’m writing to you with deep distress and confusion.
Yesterday morning, around 11 a.m., I purchased some SOL. My wallet (9M3wwUPiQWSDMw15g1SwzYzUEbdAoFFSZtadCBQe15o8) was not connected to any website, except for Dexscreener, which I only used for viewing purposes.
And yet, around 4 p.m., all my SOL was withdrawn from my wallet.
I did not initiate any transaction, I received no notification, and I have no idea how this could have happened. I found the transaction on Solscan and managed to identify the thief’s wallet, but I’m completely lost.
I’m a beginner. I don’t understand the technical details, nor what I can do with the information I’ve gathered.
Of course, I immediately contacted Phantom support and sent them all the relevant information, including usage logs. But to this day, I haven’t received any response.
What I do know is that I worked and saved for months. This investment was for my children, for their future. And in just a few seconds, a stranger took everything from us without a second thought.
I’m aware that there’s probably no way to recover my SOL. But I need to understand what happened.
How is such a thing possible, without my authorization?
Right now, I feel powerless. I just hope that someone out there can shed some light.
