Is this Binance's attitude now? I transferred wKAVA from the KAVAEVM chain to Binance and only then realized that this wKAVA is a wrapped token, so it hasn't been credited. When I asked customer service, they said this token hasn't been listed, so they can't process it for me. What I mean is that even if this coin hasn't been listed on the exchange, it should be returned through the original route. As a result, they replied that human resources cannot retrieve it and asked me to wait for the token to be listed. The only wrapped token I've seen listed is wBTC. If it goes on like this, I might never be able to withdraw it, it feels like it's been fed to the dogs.
