A blogger shared some related information about the new coin, as shown in the image below. There is too much homogenized information in the market, and based on these views, I would like to add some other points:

1. $GUN is a token, with the game hosted on its own chain.
GUNZ is the name of the chain, and this type of application chain is essentially another form of centralization.
I looked at the white paper, and the team did not try to cover up anything, simply defining themselves as: a private permissioned chain.
Smart contract deployment on the chain needs to be under a permissioned whitelist model, and node addition is the same.
Additionally, in terms of punishment mechanisms, GUNZ differs from more traditional POS designs by not adopting a confiscation design, thus avoiding losses of rights caused by hardware issues of the software.

2. GUNZ operates as a subnet of Avalanche $AVAX . The Avalanche ecosystem is often overlooked by many, but it is indeed one of the few still active L1 chains from the last cycle's popular chains.
GUN should also be the first Avalanche subnet project launched on Binance in the past one or two years.
This may bring more vitality to the Avalanche ecosystem, and Avalanche can pay more attention moving forward.

3. I saw opinions about the ghost chain in the market, and I'm not very clear on the basis of this viewpoint. I checked the block explorer, and the address and transaction situation are still quite active.

Even the transaction situation included in the block is also too hastily concluded.
However, this project has indeed not entered the mainstream view much before, but it did not suddenly emerge. The public information I can find is:
(1) The previous related announcements for this project were all made by the Avalanche ecosystem, which can only be said that the Avalanche ecosystem is indeed niche; I might have only written about two or three before.
(2) In addition, since this is a gaming application chain, it is practically impossible to have excessively high-frequency interactions at the chain level during participation.
So we can't talk from a single chain logic; we have to look at the application layer.

4. Based on the previous point, I scanned the market's opinions on this project and can confirm that market consensus at least is not strong regarding it, and it definitely cannot be compared to the last launched $PARTI.
The source of the limited buying may come from the Avalanche ecosystem community, and I did have some understanding of the Avalanche subnet situation before, which is not very optimistic.
So from the perspective of chips, whether to pull the market or how the tokens move completely depends on the project party's mood.
Unlike other projects, there is no certain market buying support.

5. The Jump and GSR mentioned at the beginning were things from the previous bull cycle, and they were also the time when these two were most active.
There may not necessarily be a business relationship, but the initial circulation is indeed abnormally low.
I blindly guess that Wintermute is participating in market making, because I noticed that many project parties in Europe prefer to find Wintermute.

6. Previously, the market generally rejected low circulation launches, but this time, the low circulation launch, the Launchpool has become the main focus.
If it replicates the performance of previous new coins in the short term, BNB holders will still win.
The current performance is not very good; I saw market news saying that $GUN was originally supposed to be launched on CB, but due to unknown reasons, it was delayed, and then it had its first low circulation launch on BN.
This also shows that this is not a domestic project, because if it were a domestic project, it should have been launched on BSC or Solana, which would be more speculative, rather than continuously cultivating within the Avalanche ecosystem.

In fact, this chapter does not have a conclusion that favors either side; the only inclination is the unexpectedly active Avalanche ecosystem. The market's attention to Avalanche is not as eager as for Solana, Base, and BNB Chain.
I checked some past news, and there have been phased progress releases before, but because it's part of the Avalanche ecosystem, not many people pay attention to it.
Using https://binance.com/zh-CN/bnb, one can check the past earnings from a single BNB. The $GUN has not been updated yet, but it is estimated to be slightly higher than previous periods excluding NIL.
