Final reminder: Exclusion of stablecoins that do not fall within the parameters of MiCA for EEA users

Dear Binance:

This is the final reminder: according to EU regulations, stablecoins that are not within the parameters of MiCA (USDT, FDUSD, TUSD, USDP, DAI, AEUR, XUSD, and PAXG) will be excluded from the list for EEA users on March 31 at 23:59 (UTC).

We would also like to remind you that the original list has been updated and that UST and USTC have been excluded from the affected list. This change is due to an update in the classification of these tokens, as they are no longer considered stablecoins following their depegging. Additionally, the new XUSD will also be excluded from the list for users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), as it does not meet the parameters of MiCA.

If you have not done so yet, convert your holdings that do not comply with MiCA to stablecoins that are within the parameters, such as USDC or EURI, or to EUR. Please note that to facilitate this transition, we are offering exclusive promotions on USDC and EURI.
