Reasonable words, I personally follow the same method

Advice from a beginner in trading, but I have gained some experience from the market without being taught by anyone. There are some currencies like $SOL , $BNB , $BTC .
Their prices are always known, whether they are dropping for a period or rising for a period.
Then comes another period where the currency keeps moving up and down from one number to another close example from 1 to 2 and then returns from 2 to 1.
As a user, you should be cautious of wild fluctuations; you might open a sell position and the currency rises a lot, and vice versa.
But through experience, I have realized that famous and leading currencies will not drop below the usual and known price, but alternative currencies can enter a rising position and drop to their lowest point. As for the famous currencies, as I said before, if they drop in price, they will rise many times after a day, two days, or a week, but they will definitely rise.
So, a piece of advice for my brothers who open positions: do not rely on alternative currencies. And always use stop-loss and take-profit levels, as you might be sleeping and the price reaches what you wished for, and when you wake up, you find it has dropped again, and the opposite can happen as well, where it might drop unusually and you lose a lot.
In short, you need to be cautious, focused, and follow the market from time to time.
