As of now, all the crypto market is observing a downward trend which we often call a bearish move.A crypto trader should have two pronged approach; first one is to make profits(which is pretty obvious to everyone),the second one(often ignored) to secure your capital from losses.
When almost all crypto market is bearish,it is not smart to panic and take out your capital from one currency that you bought earlier at a higher price and to place in another currency which is also going down/bearish.This will cause no good accept making you stare at the screen all the time.
Right now, it is better to hold whatever asset is already held and avoid moving here and there resulting in vicious cycle of frustration.
