Why are the poor always looted?

I am representing all the under-privileged people from all over the world. We are not expecting to become a billionaire by investing 1$. No way !!! But why is there so many fake accounts and hopium posts all over. We don't cheat nor promise anyone free stuff but we are being cheated by these so called exchanges.
