it was Binance fault ,But they don't admit it . it's my own account with my personal NID card. but whenever I go for facial verification in a Open field , they told me verification failed . that's why I was unable to join wallet parti ido. bought BNB high and after failing the process it goes down and also failed to join Ido for Binance system fault. whenever I discussed with customers support , they gave me a VIP upgrade voucher for their failure .

but two days later when I gave my face , they accepted it . I still losses for Binance system fault .
