Beyond investment, don't forget to live

There are only these three targets in hand, and I can't say I'm confident in making money. The reason for buying them is simply that one is the president, one wants to be a Martian, and one is just an interesting-looking frog.

Every day I watch the discussion board, everyone has their own opinions. Some share that they lost their down payment for a house, some stayed up all night and couldn't hold on, deciding to quit after losing everything; there are also those who excitedly show off their winning slips. Losers and winners come and go, and the market continues to operate.

But looking at these comments, I suddenly have a feeling—everyone is working so hard to be an "investor," yet forgetting that they are first and foremost a "human."

Have we forgotten to enjoy a good meal? Forgotten to put down our weary bodies, let the sunlight shine on our faces, and feel that warmth? Forgotten to exercise well, break a sweat, take a hot shower, and refresh both body and mind?

The word "obsession" is something everyone can write, can read, and knows its meaning. But when faced with it, we realize that we don't really know how to cope.

The market always has opportunities, and wins and losses will always change. But don't let it take away the feelings and life that you should have as a "human."

Remember, eat well, rest well, and live well.
