What is going on with bubble maps?

This coin had so much hype and has a working app

On over 15 exchanges and for some reason people are not just selling but selling at a huge loss!

With a working project and with how many exchanges they are on this project should be well over 200 million market cap! I still believe it will go back up but is there something I’m missing? Is there a reason why it is so low? $BMT
