The turning point for my first million was on September 17, 2023, when I purchased the trending new coin WLD at 1.25. At that time, I didn’t think too much; my first feeling was that the AI sector would yield good returns in the long run. I even chatted with my colleague, saying that WLD would break ten yuan in 2024, and I would hold on tightly. He was mainly focused on short-term trading and said this coin might not reach that high. Who would have thought my words would come true? On March 1, 2024, WLD really reached 11.9, and I lived up to expectations by holding WLD with five times leverage for four months, finally getting results. My funds reached 600,000 RMB at one point. You can say I was lucky or had a bit of skill. Thus, my crypto career officially began, whether it was talent or just being in the right place at the right time. During that period, I also made a good amount of money from Pepe and Dogecoin, which successfully helped me earn my first million by mid-March 2024, starting the snowball effect.
Now, it's been almost two years since I entered the crypto world, and I feel a sense of nostalgia, but my mindset is much calmer than before. I still remember the feeling of being unable to afford meals and having no one willing to support me, the pain of being in the abyss is something I won't forget.
